The Mediterranean Fire International Film Festival invites artists, artisans, designers, publishers and independent Detroit businesses to participate in its cultural marketplace. The marketplace extends the festival beyond the screen, bringing makers, filmmakers, performers and audiences together.

We welcome original art and prints, jewelry, books, textiles, handmade objects, fragrances and distinctive cultural creations.

Interested in participating?

Send us your business name, contact information, a brief description of your products, social media or website links, photographs of your work, and your preferred participation dates. Applications are reviewed for their relationship to the festival's artistic and cultural character. Fees and logistical details will be provided before acceptance.

Complete the application below. Vendor placement is subject to approval and space availability. Payment details are provided upon acceptance.

Terms & Agreement

Applications are accepted first-come, first-served, subject to approval and available space. One table, one tablecloth and two chairs are included. Additional equipment must be arranged in advance. Vendors are responsible for merchandise, staffing, setup, breakdown, permits and licenses. Payment details are sent upon acceptance; space is confirmed after the completed form and full payment. Vendors must follow museum and festival rules and leave their area clean.

Fee summary: One day $50; two days $75; full festival $100. Extra tables $40 each; clothes racks $20 each. Electricity and other special requests require advance approval. Indicate your preferred dates and selected package in the fields above.
